What is the battery life?
The battery provides up to 60 minutes of continuous use. This equates to approximately 10 to 15 complete treatment sessions. With normal use, the device only needs to be recharged once a week.
How long does it take to recharge the device?
A full charge takes approximately 2 hours via the included USB cable. The LED indicator will let you know when charging is complete.
Can the device be used while charging?
Yes, the grater can be used while it is plugged in, allowing you to use it even if the battery is discharged.
How do I clean the vacuum cleaner reservoir?
Simply open the suction compartment after each use and empty the residue into the bin. Use the included brush for a deeper clean. The tank can also be rinsed with water.
How often do the rollers need to be changed?
With normal use (2-3 times per week), the rollers last approximately 3 months. You'll know it's time to change them when their effectiveness decreases. Replacement rollers are available on our website.
Is the device waterproof?
The device is not completely waterproof, but it is designed to withstand splashes. Avoid fully submerging it in water.
How long does it take to see results?
The results are visible from the first use! Your feet will be instantly softer. For significant calluses, 2-3 sessions may be necessary to achieve perfectly smooth skin.
Can it be used on corns or calluses?
Yes, a foot file is effective on mild to moderate corns and calluses. For severe cases, we recommend consulting a podiatrist beforehand.
How long does a session last?
A full session typically lasts 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the condition of your feet. For regular maintenance, 3-5 minutes is sufficient.
Is it painful?
No, it's completely painless to use! The 3 speed levels allow you to adjust the intensity to your sensitivity. Start with the lowest level to familiarize yourself with the device.
Is there a risk of injury?
The risk is minimal thanks to the device's safe design. The abrasive surface is designed to remove only dead skin without damaging healthy skin. However, avoid using it on wounds or irritated areas.
Is it suitable for diabetics?
People with diabetes can use the device with caution, but we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand and using only the lowest speed level.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery is free and takes 3-8 business days in mainland France. Express delivery (24-48 hours) is available for €4.90.
